Ursula Skripkuna
I am Ursula Skripkuna, a Soul and Consciousness Therapist and teacher. For over four decades, I have been studying, experiencing, and investigating spirituality, energy, and human consciousness.
My work was born from the integration of spirituality, consciousness, and human experience. Throughout this journey, I came to understand that body, personality, energy, consciousness, and soul do not exist separately, but are part of the same experience.
Today, through my courses, sessions, and retreats, I share knowledge and provide experiences that help each person understand more deeply what they perceive, feel, and live throughout their journey.
Who my work is for
My work is for people who feel there is something beyond what they can understand through reason alone and who wish to deepen their relationship with spirituality, consciousness, and themselves.
For those who perceive and feel intensely, or live experiences they cannot always understand or name. For those who wish to develop their sensitivity and intuition with more awareness and discernment. And also for those who recognize patterns, stories, or situations that seem to repeat themselves and feel the time has come to look at them in a different way.
It is also for people who are already on a spiritual path but wish to go beyond knowledge and integrate what they learn into their own life experience.
It is not necessary to arrive with answers, certainties, or a defined understanding of spirituality. The starting point can simply be a question, a perception, an experience, or the feeling that there is something within you asking to be understood with more depth.
What I do
My work creates a bridge between the spiritual and the human, bringing into everyday life that which we often perceive, feel, or intuit, but cannot always understand.
Through courses, individual sessions, and retreats, I integrate spirituality, energy, and consciousness into experiences of learning, perception, and deepening. Themes such as energetic sensitivity, intuition, ancestry, mediumship, patterns that run through our history, soul experiences, and the relationship between body, personality, and consciousness are part of this path.
More than offering ready-made answers, I seek to expand perception and develop discernment, so that each person can better understand their own experiences and build a more conscious relationship with what they live.
What this work can provide
My work offers paths for each person to expand their understanding of themselves, their energy, and the spiritual dimension of their experience.
Throughout this process, it is possible to develop a clearer perception of one's own energetic field, recognize with greater awareness what is felt and perceived, and learn to distinguish what belongs to one's own experience from what may be perceived in the environment or in relationships.
The development of intuition, sensitivity, and spiritual discernment can also foster a deeper understanding of experiences that previously seemed confusing, difficult to explain, or hard to name.
By looking at personal, relational, and ancestral patterns, new understandings can emerge, revealing not only what repeats itself, but also new possibilities for choice and for relating to one's own history.
One of the most significant transformations of this path can be the integration of spirituality into daily life, allowing the knowledge acquired to become experience, presence, and consciousness in choices and relationships.
For me, expanding consciousness also means being more present in oneself, in one's own body, in one's own choices, and in the life that is being lived.
My journey
Currently, I am the president of IEA Brazil (International Enneagram Association Brazil), contributing to the development and expansion of the Enneagram in the country.
My work also extends to the international scene, through courses, programs, groups, retreats, and individual sessions with people from different countries.
I am the author of the book "Pequenos Guardiões da Luz: Um Caminho para Pais e Filhos" (Little Guardians of the Light: A Path for Parents and Children), a work born from my own experiences, knowledge, and background in spirituality, energy, and consciousness. The book was created with the purpose of bringing children and adults closer to these topics in an accessible and conscious way.
